First of all, we want you to share your project requirements. It must have all the details such as must-have skills, roles, responsibilities, experience, and budget.

In addition to that, we will also need some behavioral answers that can help us to find candidates that are culturally suitable for you.

We want you to share as much information so you can to help us find the best talent for you.

Upon sharing your requirements, we will review and share with you the best matches in a few days. You can review the shortlisted profiles and send us the time slots for interviews.

Kindly note that some roles and skills might take more time to find. In such cases, we will buy additional time to source the right matches for your project.

Let us explain in more detail. When we get a hiring request, there are three scenarios in terms of matchmaking:

  • We have someone in our database who can apply immediately.

  • We have someone in our database, but he/she is not assessed yet. So first, we will screen him/her and then share the profile with you.

  • We don’t have someone matching the skills required for the project. In such a case, we will find the right match from the market and share it with you.

Pre-Interview Assessments -If you have a test at your disposal and you want a candidate to go for the test, you can share it with us and we will ask the candidate to complete it.

All our candidates are already vetted for language proficiency, technical skills, and for other assessments. It mitigates the risks of wrong hiring.

Even non-technical managers can hire technical profiles without any hurdles.

#No-Obligation Interview: You are not obliged to hire a candidate until you are 100% sure that the candidate is the perfect match for you.

Onboard & Manage

Once you finalize the professional for your project, we will manage all the legalities and other things. The onboarding and candidate management will be done by us.

Our talent success coach will see to it that the client-candidate relationship is cordial and smooth.

#30-days replacement - If you find that the hired candidate is not up to the mark, you can go for a 30-day replacement policy. We will help you to find the best replacement.

#Easy Cancellation - If things don’t go as planned or you find constant performance challenges, you can cancel the agreement with a 30-day notice period at any given time.
